Nach dem fertigen Pullover hatte ich noch so einiges an Wolle übrig und ich wußte auch, daß eine wärmende Kopfbedeckung ebenfalls gewünscht war.

After having finished the sweater there was wool left and I knew that some headwarming would be welcomed, too. So I went back to the needles.

Also warf ich mich noch mal an die Nadeln.

Viel Zeit hatte ich nicht, außerdem war klar, daß auch hier “Mann” wohl eher nicht auf irgendwelche komplizierten und auffälligen Strickkunststücke stand. Ein Kompromiss aus “ich langeweile mich beim Rippenmuster zu Tode” und “eine schlichte Mütze bitte” war gefragt.

Herausgekommen ist die 1-2-3-5 Mütze. (Für Geeks: Ja da ist ein bißchen Fibonacci dabei.) Die 123 fertig ist und auch für Anfänger geeignet.

I didn’t have much time for the knitting and it also was clear that something plain would be preferred and more worn than some fancy complicated knitting. So I needed a compromise between “I’m dying of boredom while doing a 2-2 ribbing” and “something plain, please”.

This resulted in the 1-2-3-5 Beanie. (For geeks: yes, there is a bit of Fibonacci in it) It’s finished in no time and also suitable for beginners.
