Escher Bra

Natürlich gehört zu einer Ladung Unterwäsche auch ein BH. Nur daß mein erster Versuch die BH-Träger anzunähen eher von M.C. Escher inspiriert war.

Of course there is no set of underwear without a bra. Only my first try to attach the straps was quite inspired by M.C. Escher.

Nach einer Runde mit dem Nahttrenner wurde aber noch ein BH draus. (Der wie immer der Puppe gar nicht passt, aber dafür mir.)

After some fun with the seam ripper I managed to get a bra. (Which looks awful on the dress form, but it has to fit me, not the dress form.)

Da das warme Wetter offenbart hat, daß ich einen echten Mangel an hellen BHs habe (die nicht abgetragen und kurz vor dem auseinanderfallen sind), mache ich gleich mal weiter. Stoff ist noch da. (Spitze nicht mehr wirklich, aber das geht ja auch ohne.)

Since the warm weather showed me a certain shortage of bright hued bras (who are not worn out just about to fall apart) I’ll continue there. I still have some fabric. (Not much lace… but that is not necessary.)
