Why I’m blogging…

… ist im Grunde genommen reiner Eigennutz.

Wenn nämlich die 2008 genähte Jeans den Geist aufgibt und gleichzeitig der bereits mühsam angepasste Schnitt verschwunden ist… dann kann ich wenigstens aus meinen eigenen Einträgen rekonstruieren, was ich wie geändert habe und muß nur den Schnitt neu kopieren und anpassen und wenigstens nicht noch mal ein Probemodell nähen.

Hoffentlich, der Beweis, daß ich gut mitgeschrieben habe, steht noch aus…

… is pure selfishness.

Because when the jeans I made 2008 break down and magically the already altered pattern has vanished the same time… then I can use my own posts to reconstruct what I altered and how so I’ll only have to make a new copy of the pattern and alter it without going through the muslin stage again.

At least I hope so since the proof that I really did write down everything really well will still have to stand…
