Thousand!
Mir ist gerade aufgefallen, das hier ist mein tausendster Blogbeitrag. Unglaublich, oder?
Angefangen habe ich am 15. November 2005, damals noch bei Burda. Eigentlich nur, weil der damalige Admin im Chat rumgenervt hat, es sollte doch mal jemand ein Blog machen, wo sie die schöne neue Funktion jetzt hätten. Irgendwie habe ich mich breitschlagen lassen.
Und obwohl ich ursprünglich vor hatte, nur auf Deutsch zu bloggen, weil mein Englisch recht holperig ist und ich außerdem gar nicht so viel Zeit habe kamen Sommer 2007 dann auch englische Versionen dazu.
Und daraus sind jetzt fast sechs Jahre und eben tausend Beiträge geworden. *schluck*
Da die Burdablogs zum einen nicht sehr komfortabel zu bedienen waren und zum anderen sich abzeichnete, daß das ganze Portal umgestaltet wird bin ich dann zur Hobbyschneiderin umgezogen, wo es WordPress gibt. Eine Zeitlang liefen beide Blogs parallel und ich habe außerdem peu a peu von Hand die alten Beiträge hierher umgezogen. Exportfunktion hatte das selbergebastelte Burdablog nämlich nicht. War aber gut so, denn irgendwann wurden die Blogs dort tatsächlich abgeschaltet. (Gab aber auch nur zwei oder drei Leute die da regelmäßig gebloggt haben. Kein Wunder, denn es war schwerfällig zu bedienen und es gab deutlich bessere Anbieter.)
I just recognized, this is my blog post 1000! Unbelievable, isn’t it?
It all started November, 15th 2005 on the Burda web site. And I only started the blog because the admin then was getting on our nerves in the Chatroom about the brand new blogging feature they had and that they really wanted someone to use it. So finally I gave in and started blogging…
And even though I absolutely wanted to stick to German because my English isn’t that good (and I thought there were already enough more interesting blogs in better English around) and I didn’t have the time to do it bilingual I started English versions in summer 2007.
And now it is nearly sex years and one thousand posts. *gulp*
After a while I moved on to Hobbyschneiderin where I can have a WordPress blog. Burdablogswere never very comfortable to use and also there were changes happening on their website that made me aware of the fact, that they might turn the blogs down completely. For a certain time I maintained both blogs, but also moved all older posts here, one by one. (The Burda blogs did not have a working export function…) Which was a good decision because one day Burda closed down the blogging function. (Which was not a real loss because they were clumsy to use and I think there were no more than two or three regular users.)
Da tausend doch eine stolze Zahl ist, habe ich mich entschlossen, das mit einer kleinen Verlosung zu feiern.
Jeder der in den nächsten drei Tagen (also bis einschließlich 11. Oktober 2011, hiesige Zeit) einen Kommentar hinterläßt kommt in den Lostopf.
Einer wird gezogen und bekommt dann irgendwann vor Weihnachten ein kleines Päckchen. Was drin ist? Weiß ich noch nicht… ich guck mal. 🙂 Wenn ihr ein Blog habt, dann gebt das mit an, denn ich werde im Blog des Gewinners lesen und versuchen, daraus zu schließen, was gefallen könnte. (Das heißt, der Gewinnern hat dann in den nächsten Tagen und Wochen auch noch Zeit, was über sich und seine Vorlieben zu schreiben. 😉 )
Wer kein Blog hat, schreibt einfach drei Dinge die er mag und drei Dinge die er nicht mag in den Kommentar. Und ich versuche, was Nettes zu finden.
Wie heißt es immer so schön? Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen und ich verschicke auch international.
Mal sehen, wie viele Leser ich nach tausend posts habe. 😉
